1. A credit card must be added to your account.

  2. All requests for packages will be reviewed and approved by the support team before the infrastructure is provisioned.

Request a package

  1. To get started with hosted apps please navigate to Cloud Manager -> Provision -> Hosting.

  2. On the next screen select "Request Hosted App." This will allow you to select the desired package to request.

  3. Select your package.

  4. Enter your application name and select "Request."

  5. Newly requested application will show as the following in the console. Once ready the state will be green.

Admin Login

  1. To access the Magento Admin panel copy the "DNS Name" into your web browser and add a /admin at the end of the url.

  2. The Magento admin console login page will be presented.

  3. Request the admin login credentials via Tasks button.

  4. Select "Request Magento admin credentials" and "Request."

  5. You are now logged into the Magento admin console.


Administration over SSL

To easily enable administration over SSL, you need to define the following in your site's index.php file.



For improved performance on your Magento site, please enable caching options in the Magento Admin Panel.

1. Login to your Magento Admin Panel and Select **System -> Cache Management.**<br><br>


2. Select all cache management options you would like to enable, select **Enable** and click **Submit.**<br><br>


3. All cache options are now enabled.  Please be sure to test afterwards and make sure all functionality is working as expected.<br><br>
