MFA Troubleshooting

When a token reset could be required

  • Moving the Google Authenticator app to a different phone.
  • Turning off MFA and then turning it back on.

My token is no longer working

  • If you are storing multiple tokens in google authenticator, please be sure to leverage the correct one.
  • Be conscious of the token timeouts, valid tokens will not last very long before they expire and a new one replaces it.
  • Does the token work sometimes but not others?
  • If the token is still not working, please reach out to support to request a reset.
